Overview

UCRO’s House League program is a fun, team-based training option for swimmers ages 12 and up who want to improve their technique, stay active, and enjoy the sport without the pressure of regular competitions. Swimmers train twice per week in a positive and relaxed environment, with the opportunity to participate in UCRO’s home Splash & Grill meet. Designed to support high school swimmers as well, this program is a great way to build confidence and readiness for events like EOSSA and OFSAA.

Cross Training is a flexible, fitness-focused option for swimmers 18 and older who want to maintain stroke technique, health, and well-being in a social and low-pressure setting. With no competitive expectations and no fundraising or volunteer commitments, Cross Training is ideal for students, working professionals, or anyone who simply wants to stay connected to the sport they love.

Please note that the Brockville and Area YMCA requires all swimmers in this program to be full Y members to access the Facility. YMCA Memberships can be purchased at the front desk of the Brockville and Area Y.
