Based in Brockville, Ontario for over 50 years our mission has been to provide a welcoming and enriching environment where swimmers of all ages and abilities develop strong skills, the foundation to pursue competitive swimming at regional, provincial and national levels; and a love for the sport.

We do this by delivering professional coaching, inclusive programs and regular competitive opportunities.
