SUMMARY:AGM/Welcome Meeting for PARENTS
DESCRIPTION:Save the date!! Sunday\, September 22 at 10 am for the UCRO AGM and Welcome meeting for parents only at the Masonic Lodge in Brockville to kick off the 24-25 swim season. \nWe will start with the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This should take about 45 minutes to review the year-end financial statements\, approve the By-laws\, elect directors and consider a special resolution for independent financial review. \nCLICK HERE – for the AGM agenda\, information circular and proxy form (in case you can’t attend) \nCLICK HERE – for the updated UCRO By-laws. \nThe AGM will be followed by the Welcome meeting for parents.
